You can delete your MCard Mobile App account at any time for any reason. You can find information on how to delete your account and what information we will delete here.
How to Delete your account
To delete you account in the app follow these steps.
- Open the app and sign into your account.
- Navigate to the “Profile” page
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Delete Account” link
- Select any of the provided reasons as to why you want to delete your account.
- Optionally provide any comments you would like to give us about the app.
- Click the Delete Account Button
After this a request will be sent for your account deletion, and we will delete you account as soon as we can.
Alternatively to delete your account you can message us at prepayments@westyorks-ca.gov.uk and we can go through the process of deleting your account with you.
What data is deleted
All your personal data, and purchase history will be removed. You will no longer be able to sign in to the MCard Mobile app.
